Volcano Fried Rice is now something I ordered once a month and there are so many creative, vegetarian options. Looking forward to trying the Jalapeño Fried Rice next time. The people who work there are very nice too.

The owners are incredibly vegan and vegetarian friendly, willing to adapt any dish to faux meat or tofu. We even had them recently cater our wedding! They're super friendly, food is insanely good. We eaten from here about once a week for a few years now, never ever disappointed.
