Saffron Grill In Lohi - Denver

This place was quite disappointing. It has more of a bar vibe than a barbecue restaurant. We decided to have lunch there, but the entire time we were there, it was completely empty (now I understand why). It took 45 minutes for our food to arrive, and when it finally did, the lamb gyros was cold. The waitress wasn't friendly, especially considering how long we had to wait for our meal, which we ended up having to send back. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time here.

Your website said they were open. Open Table has reserved. Drove all the way there (a 45 min drive) to discover a supplier (which also drove 45 min from the other direction) that they were not open. I was ahead and loved the food, service, etc. (because the choice to meet the supplier), but a reservation for a time/day that they were not open is simply irresponsible and makes me question the administration.

I checked your website and it indicated that you were open, so I made a reservation through OpenTable. I drove 45 minutes to the restaurant, only to find that you were closed. A supplier who also drove 45 minutes from the opposite direction arrived at the same time. I had previously enjoyed the food and service, but receiving a reservation for a day and time when you're not actually open feels irresponsible and raises concerns about your management.
