Was Anonym at Ruby Tuesday a mag?
The young woman who answered my question was incredibly friendly and exceptionally funny. It was truly a pleasure, even while returning to the bar. While I was seated, I requested a table on the terrace to enjoy some fresh air; had there been one available, I would have had the whole deck to myself. The ribeye steak was fantastic, the penne macaroni with cheddar was just perfect, and the pineapple upside-down cake wa... View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Ruby Tuesday:
came to place and place to order, hostess went on her phone until I said I am ready to order (about 30 seconds) when I told her what I wanted, she replied, give me a second to pick up. 5 minutes by, during this time I saw 2 groups to foot in to put names on the lists, then go out after not being helped. finally she came back with a waitress and they went through 4 names to waitress, none of them reacted, probably wen... Came to place and place to order, hostess went on her phone until I said I am ready to order (about 30 seconds) when I told her what I wanted, she replied, give me a second to pick up. 5 minutes by, during this time I saw 2 groups to foot in to put names on the lists, then go out after not being helped. finally she came back with a waitress and they went through 4 names to waitress, none of them reacted, probably went out. then she told me to give her a second. shortly after a waitress came to take my name when I told her I just wanted to give order, she told me I could go into the bar and they would take mine. So I went too.

The ribeye steak was fantastic, the penne macaroni with cheddar was just perfect, and the pineapple upside-down cake was also delicious. I'm glad I stopped by, as the online menu didn't display part of their offerings, including the pastries. I would definitely return to try more!
The only reason Ruby Tuesday on Tower Rd in Denver receives 1 star instead of 0 is that, first, I had to select at least one star to submit my review, and second, some of the food was acceptable, for which I am grateful. They are listed as a hotel supplier, yet they claim they don’t offer delivery. However, you can order delivery online through RubyTuesday.com, which means they clearly use a third-party service for this, which isn’t uncommon. The problem is that the restaurant staff should be better trained to inform customers about how this process works, but instead, they simply say they don’t deliver. When I called back to speak with a manager, after a brief hold, they hung up on me. I work in the industry and typically understand when things go wrong, but this was a series of inconveniences that became increasingly frustrating. I’m sure a corporate restaurant would want to hear about our experience, but I would never return to this location and would rather go without than spend my money at Ruby Tuesday.
I would give no stars if possible. Really has gone downhill! Cheap ingredients, poor quality cheese. Greasy. Sub par salad bar. The waitstaff was the only redeeming factor. They were great. Do not recommend.
Waited 30mins for a to-go order of Loaded fries with a side of guacamole and got charged $3 for this small a portion

The staff here deserves all the stars in the world. They were extremely under staffed while also trying to train the new staff. While you could see they were overwhelmed, they never let that affect the customers in front of them. They were slammed with incoming customers, but were honest with each one and set the right expectation on wait times as they came in. Edwin and Wesley had top notch customer service and handled everything with grace, humor and personality. All the kudos! I have not eaten at Ruby Tuesday in probably more than a decade but we were in town for a conference and it sounded like a good option. Being vegetarian, I was happy to see how many options there were from the plant-based Awesome burger to the sides and the ever famous salad bar. I opted into the salad bar and also a Mango Margarita. Salad Bar was good (though I would recommend a spoon for the eggs vs the tongs for easier scooping and way less mess. I loved how fresh everything was and that I could make it my own. I should have skipped the Mango Margarita because the syrup/puree used is way too sweet. A regular one probably would've been better. My party also got the Mozzarella sticks and a regular burger with fries. None of us were disappointed in the food. Great atmosphere, kid-friendly, and great spot for a family dinner or quick meal if you're in town for an event.
The salad bar was fresh and great variety! The restaurant was clean and our waitress was very good!
I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and it was cooked to perfection. Our waiter, Anthony, was outstanding!
I love the salad bar, but it's so far to drive. I realized for less money I could have gone to a good place near my house. I had the crispy chicken sandwich and it was ok, but next time I don't want any of the sauce they put on the bun. I miss having a good salad bar, but I don't think I will go back unless I have some business up there. 12 miles is too far and gasoline is so expensive.
