Rock Bottom Brewery Denver

Beautiful brewery in the heart of the inner city of denver. I tried only two of her IPA places, and they were both excellent. the bartender was extremely polite and the people seemed to enjoy their lunch. the only problem was that the air conditioning system was dead all the time when I was there. that made it a little unpleasant. other than that, a great experience! I come back in December when it's freezing outside:

Came with a group of 6. our server was nice and friendly! the food was delicious! I got the waffelfries that were good, but not got a picture, but all our dishes came out and filled our expectations!

Stopped for some drinks on cinco de mayo at 9 o'clock. not too busy to sit immediately in the bar. bartender was great. drink great!

The food was great, excellent beer and the staff were all phenomenal and very respectful. We will definitely be back.

I will begin with the positive: much sitting, lighting, music is in order. server did it best as the only server. there was a manager and a hostess, but they did not support the service or the order. we waited an hour before the order. will not eat here again. two of my party asked for medium-heavy meat (burger and steak, respectful) they were both raw. I try not to send food again for various reasons and starved at what I could. did not complain immediately when the pommes were cold, after more were asked, they were hot for a second but quickly cooled. I wonder if they were reheated in the oil. again, server do what they could. they took the things out of the bill. the wings were good
