Red Rooster Cafe - Denver

I've eaten here twice now and tried two different dishes. First, I had the volcano burger which was absolutely delicious! Normally, I like to order my meat rare, and I was a bit disappointed that they don't allow that here. However, I decided to trust their cooking, and I was blown away by how great the burger was! On my second visit, I ordered the French toast combo with bacon. The thick-cut bacon was perfectly cooked and so good that I ended up ordering an extra side. The French toast had a slightly crispy crust on the edges, while the rest was chewy and delicious—honestly, some of the best I've ever had! The food came out quickly, and our drinks were always topped up. Overall, fantastic job, everyone—thank you!

There are so few American gems like this one left. I absolutely love an old-fashioned mom-and-pop diner.

This restaurant is absolutely fantastic! I've been there several times for breakfast and lunch, and each experience has been incredibly satisfying. The food is always fresh, and the portions are more than generous! I will definitely keep coming back as long as they're open. I really love this place!
