Prohibition - Denver

Friendly staff, top quality scratch ingredients. An excellent hamburger for when you want premium grade beef.

This is a unique bar with a great variety of drinks. I tried the recommended short rib sandwich and was impressed by how tender it was, although it was a bit too salty for my liking.

Prohibition is good. We went with a large group and they were accommodating. It wouldn’t be the first place I recommend in Denver. It seems to be in a rough part of town— no parking. Bar service only. Food was ok, nothing super special. I got the short rib sandwich as that was recommended to me. It was fine. Large whiskey selection. I’d eat there again if I had to but I am certainly not rushing back!

Ordered 2 Rib sandwiches was closed out immediately, then when we were done eating I was literally asked if we paid? Later that night I was charged on my card again..... the blonde bartender was high no doubt... good food but she's only working because of her looks.

This review is for the $8.00 burger and fries it is a great deal for a great burger and fries. This place has a great feel to it. I would recommend sitting inside rather than outside unless you want more entertainment than you were looking for…..
