We have visited this restaurant around 4 or 5 times, and we plan to keep coming back as long as we can. Our experiences have been wonderful, primarily due to Ruth, who is an exceptional person with her attentive care for every guest, not just us. From our very first visit, she was incredibly patient with our kids, who often struggle when ordering, and she offered fantastic recommendations for first-time visitors. Because of this, we made it a point to have our breakfasts and brunches at your establishment, as the food is delicious and the service is outstanding, thanks to Ruth!
A staff member at Panera noticed that I was feeling under the weather, so he kindly poured some chicken noodle soup broth into a to-go cup for me and wished me a speedy recovery. It's the little acts of kindness that truly impact our day. I'm grateful for that.

Awesome location. Wife got sick, ordered soup online. I showed up a few minutes early and had a great experience. Khael greeted me and even gave me a free drink while I waited. Kristina, the manager apologized for it not being ready, (even though I was early) and answered a few questions I had. Even pulled out her phone to confirm what I asked about. Don't believe the negativity you read here, go inside, have lunch or dinner. Great experience. Oh, and very clean for right off I-25!
They always treat me fair and consistently here at Panera Bread I never have a problem it seems with the staff or maybe being able to use the restroom they're always kind about that sort of thing so I appreciate them so I give them a 4
