There are plenty of vegetable options, as well as tofu, and most of the sauces are vegan-friendly (just be aware that the aioli is not). If you're unsure about any ingredients, feel free to ask the staff for clarification.

Ingredients were super fresh and the food tasted pretty good! I found the meals a tad expensive for their size … but perhaps this is simply Denver (it was only my second day in the city)?

That was really disappointing. Other than that, everything that came on the Island Tuna Poke #1) bowl was super tasty. I 'd be interested to try it as a roll next time to see if I like the rice vs. stuff ratio a bit more in that format. I just had a slight issue with paying $15 for a big bowl of 75% rice when every other topping they offer even the ones alongside the fish) were very yummy and could have been doubled in quantity. I will say, if you 're hungover after attending some post conference festivities in the area and need something cool but filling the next day this is the stop to make!
