Terrible experience. Waiting in line for 11 min as 4 people talk at the registered. Including the dread head manager. No service not even acknowledged. So I order on line wait the 30 min to pick up and get back here to find out they haven't even started myorder a simple Maddy. Huge line one person working others standing around watching and talking. WHAT A SCAM!! 3 prices for pizza size DONT be FOOLED,,its the size of the crust. NOT THE PIZZA,,,,,almost no cheese or ingredients ,,so you pay for bread and red sauce $15,,,,bewAre!!! Young staff tired and unfriendly)
My partner and I went yesterday and the service and food quality was great. Their mad dog with hot honey 10/10 (maybe just me but I love hot honey) would definitely come back to this location. The staff here is shockingly rude, which is especially disappointing in the hospitality industry. Instead of acknowledging customers or saying something like “I’ll be right with you,” they just ignore you. Service is also incredibly slow. When I asked a simple question while ordering, the woman at the counter responded with a condescending and sassy “What?”—completely unprofessional. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
