It feels almost like they're irritated that we're even there (I've taken different people with me each time I've gone). There is also a "service charge" with purchases. Better customer service and sanitary practices would be much appreciated. I appreciate all vegan businesses, but being vegan isn't the only thing that makes a place great. They do have a good selection of vegan goodies. The vanilla soft-serve ice cream is really delicious! It's one of the best soft serves I've ever had, super creamy with amazing consistency and delicious flavor. Updated from previous review on 2022-01-09.
