What User dislikes about Lena:
I was really looking forward to this place, and happy hour did not disappoint! The margaritas, rosé, and mezcal were all fantastic. We sampled a variety of dishes, including calamari, carnitas tacos, flank steak, yuca bread, and elote with crab dip. The calamari was my favorite—it was cooked perfectly, and both sauces were delicious. The carnitas were a hit with my companions; they had great flavor. However, I felt t... View all feedback.
I've been wanting to visit this restaurant for a while, and I'm glad I finally did. The happy hour was fantastic—the margaritas and both the rosé and mezcal were amazing! We sampled several dishes, including calamari, carnitas tacos, flank steak, yuca bread, and the elote with crab dip. The calamari was my favorite; it was perfectly cooked, and both dipping sauces were delicious. The carnitas tacos, which my husband ordered, were also very good with excellent flavor. However, I felt that the corn wasn’t the best pairing for the crab dip; perhaps plantains would work better. The dip was tasty on its own, and I really enjoyed the yuca bread too. I would definitely return for happy hour!
The food here is fantastic. The dishes are complex and intriguing. Everything we tried was delicious. The staff is kind and attentive. I can't wait to come back again soon!
We visited to celebrate our friends' engagement, and our waitress surprised us with complimentary champagne! She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, providing great recommendations for our orders. Everything was delicious! For our group of six, we ordered the small Mixto, pan de yuca, pollo asado, ceviche, and camarones fritos.
This place never disappoints. Only sad they don’t do brunch anymore!
We visited for brunch on Sunday morning. The restaurant wasn’t very busy, but it started to fill up by the time we left. The portion sizes are on the smaller side, with some dishes resembling tapas, but everything we tried was delicious. The bottomless mimosa option includes flavors like papaya, blood orange, orange, and passion fruit. I highly recommend this place for brunch, and we plan to return for dinner. Update: We went back for dinner, and it was just as great as brunch!
