While I enjoyed the food in the past, my last two orders lacked flavor and freshness, and the prices are high. The buñuelos were tough, the bread was burnt, and the roscones had no filling. It's the top Colombian restaurant in the area, and the wait is definitely worth it. We can't wait to return on our next Denver trip.
