Awesome place the owner came out and checked on us to see how we liked her food. Foods made with love. Never had Colombian food before so it was different tasty and amazing presentation absolutely fat kid approved. The passion fruit tea oh my God! Such amazing food you literally can taste the love. Well seasoned well portioned amazing atmosphere just very upbeat friendly.
Excellent option for those who like authentic Colombian food. The picture is of their famous “Guava Bread Pudding”. The artist is Gabriela.
Now, I love eating in this place. Authentic colombian flavors. I recomend calentado (beans , rice , chicken, avocado and an egg) . The other picture is sobrebarriga. It was my birthday and they gave me a delicious guava dessert. Gisselle the person who served gets 5 stars. Best waitress ever. Patient and always with a smile in her face. Service on Saturday afternoon was quick. I love their natural juices. No parking lot, but it was easy to find street parking on broadway a block away from the restaurant.Resumido 5 estrellas. Giselle fue muy atenta, siempre nos atendió con una sonrisa en la cara, kudos para ella. La comida deliciosa. Gracias por el postre de guallaba, me encantó.
Anyone who wants to experience true authentic Colombian food should come here... we were visiting Denver from Colorado Springs My wife who is Colombian felt like she was right back home when we entered this hidden treasure of a restaurant! The atmosphere, the people that work there, and the food were all amazing thank you Julieta for your amazing service and hospitality!!! we will definitely be back our next time in DenverVegetarian options: great variety of vegetarian and gluten free optionsKid friendliness: my kids love the music and could not stop dancing!
We recommend for the experience!FOOD= We loved the empanadas patacones. The arroz con pollo was ok, the picada was disappointing because you don't get to choose anything (we don't like chorizo or morcia and would have preferred more chicken or beef), and real colombian arepas have melted cheese whereas these just put a slice of regular cheese.DRINKS= We loved the passion fruit guava juices and the pina colada. The margarita was ok, and the mojito needed much more rum, mint and sugar.SERVICE= Great!ATMOSPHERE= Great! We'd probablyl go back for the atmosphere.
