Every bite was delicious and some morsels I will remember forever! The staff were so incredibly knowledgeable and engaging. Loved the casual atmosphere- not stuffy in the slightest. One million stars.

Highly recommended.Despite a challenging start this turned out to be a remarkable experience. We booked the set menu dinner for 4 for a birthday dinner. We were instructed over email and phone call to arrive on time and cautioned about the parking situation (which is not that bad).Sadly the experience started on the wrong foot as a group occupied our table way longer than expected.. we were seated in our desk in a 30 minute delay so were slightly grumpy and hangry..The restaurant staff did everything they could to offset this starting experience. And delivery they did.We lived years in Paris and this experience threw is back in such a great way.The concept is great. Fresh, mostly locally sources ingredients. Amazing 7 course meal (we noticed a well appreciated wine pairing with the meal, but we were in family dinner mode so skipped it).Regarding the food: Smaller well constructed portions. Not your typical American portions and very well planned at you end up awaiting each next step and feeling well nourished at the end.A celebration of flavors, often surprising, complex and rich but not over powering.Presentation was superb and the open kitchen and seeing the chefs diligently build each course was great. The atmosphere was adequate for the family dinner but I would assume this is more of a couples, group dynamic as the heavy wine pairing can certainly lead to higher noise level in a small place (6 tables and a few bar seats). The desert was to die for. Simply brilliant combination that again, reminded us of more delicate, fine dining experiences.Cost: This was clearly a fine dining degustation and the price matched the experience. It was 125$ per person.Obviously value for money is a very personal judgement call, but we certainly felt that for the quality and experience in celebrating the special occasion (my wife received the signed menu by the restaurant staff asa momento) it was well worth it.The restaurant also compensated us and took into account the delay by providing a special discount. I respect establishments that own up to their mistakes and they did!We will be there again and I can highly recommend one of the best fine dining places I've experienced in Denver.

The customer service was flawless and the food was exceptional. I highly recommend this place. We came here to celebrate Mother's Day with my wife and had a fantastic time. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and friendly. We will definitely return.

My wife and I had an incredible meal here. Service was impeccable and each dish was not only beautifully presented but also delicious perfectly seasoned, so many unique flavors that were mostly sourced locally and we loved how the meal transitioned from light to heavier courses and ending with one of the best desserts I’ve had in a long time. It’s also a very small space, with chef counter seating for 4, 3 small tables for 2, and one bigger table for a larger party extremely intimate vibe and a perfect spot for a date night where you can easily have intimate conversations while watching the chefs carefully prepare and plate each dish.
