Service was fast and friendly. Warm, quaint cafe. Limited seating. However, there’s seating inside and out. I saw a number of people working on laptops. Good place to get work done! Good selection of pastries. Tasty mocha. There’s a variety of tea, coffee, and blended drinks. This local shop, Kochi Cafe, identifies as woman-owned. Street parking and parking lot spaces available. Carriers of Marias Empanadas who are always delicious. Vegan and Veg empanada options available. Also great tea selection, my favorite is the red Rocks Latte.

Coffee, tea, non caffeinated drinks, smoothies and acai bowls. They sell loose leaf tea to take away, and there are pastries and savory snacks. There are indoor tables for seating, and they have charging ports. Friendly service and yummy drinks. Will definitely returnFood: 4/5
