The restaurant has been upd... read more It's cold outside so I decided to have breakfast in the hotel. I've had dinner here before but this was a first visit for breakfast. The restaurant has been updated in the past couple years, it's got a nice vibe to it. The service was good but due toCOVID there were only 2 servers. They did a great job for being short handed. There isn't a lot of selection on the menu but ithas the basics, eggs, omelette, pancakes,etc. I had the eggs to order with bacon, potatoes, and toast. Overall, it was good.Nothing to set it apart though. No special sauces or fancy anything. The prices are reasonable for a hotel restaurant. I willcome back and try the other menu items.

However, once we were... read more The bartender didn't appear to be as attentive as we had hoped, not only to us but also to other guests who were waiting for their drinks. However, once we were seated—having made a reservation—the service noticeably improved. Our waiter was fantastic! The food was delicious, and the charcuterie board was just what we wanted to start off our meal. We will definitely come back the next time we're in town.

Thi... read more I dined at this restaurant during Denver's Restaurant Week in 2020, and I had a wonderful meal. That said, it did have a slight hotel restaurant atmosphere. This isn't a criticism, but the individually packaged crackers served alongside a delightful bowl of soup with grilled cheese croutons felt a bit off. The waitstaff was exceptional and very friendly. Overall, the chef really excels at what they do!

The waitress then suggested a "beef and Baileys s... read more We experienced a rocky start at the reception desk when we discovered that our preferred wine was unavailable. The waitress then suggested a "beef and Baileys soup." Wait, did you mean barley?! After a 40-minute wait, we received the wrong order. Our frustration grew, but thankfully, a very helpful assistant manager intervened and offered attentive service in an effort to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, by that point, we were already quite annoyed.
