Description

Discovering a Polish dining experience can be hit or miss, and recent visits reveal a spectrum of impressions at this restaurant. While some guests were delighted by the friendly service and ambiance, noting dishes like potato pancakes and the Polish platter as highlights, others found the food and service lacking. Complaints about rising brunch prices and slow service marred the experience for some diners. Still, the bar area’s lively atmosphere and unique offerings, including infused vodkas and engaging events, attract many. Overall, there’s potential here for enjoyable meals, albeit with room for improvement in consistency and value.

Holy cow! Abby really went over the top and beyond with service. The staff was phenomenal, consistently attentive with toping off the bottomless mimosas. This is a steal! Bring your friends, bring your fam, bring yourself!. Fun fact they have an escape room downstairs.

TLDR: super yummy, super affordable and awesome service. We went during their spooky bar season. I have wanted to go because I’m a pierogi snob. We got them crispy which I thought would mean pan fried, but they were deep fried. This isn’t the most authentic pierogi you’ll get (no kraut or sautéed onions) but they were still pretty good with a large helping of sour cream. We did the bottomless mimosas and a side of french toast. Our waitress Abby was so cool and wonderful. Would highly recommend stopping by for their deals or nightly events (karaoke, trivia, open mic).

The Mansion on Colfax is hands down the best spot to celebrate Halloween. They offer a fantastic range of haunted drinks served in the coolest cups I've ever encountered (including a drink that comes in an IV pouch)! The dining room even features an actual coffin! Now that October has passed, they're switching to a Dark Christmas theme to maintain those spooky vibes. I'm excited to see how this place transforms after the New Year. It's a must-visit!
