The day crew is ok, But do not go in the evening, service SUCKS and the crew don't know what they are doing! I had to go the next day to get my refund, so I did the survey. You get a free chicken sandwich for doing the survey, after having to give me my money back from a previous days order. Management still didn't give me much attention on the Free sandwich, I had to go back to the counter to get it and he said I didn't know where you went! #IWasSittingInYouLobby #WhereIAteTheRestOfMyOrder #WhichWasAlsoCold #ChickenSandwichShouldHaveBeenHotSinceIHadToWAIT

I would have appreciated knowing sooner, as I waited an hour only to find out I had to choose something else.
