Inside Scoop Creamery - Denver

First timer. Matt recommended the Minnesota Salted Toffeee. Not too sweet with a wonderful buttery taste. Dulce de Leche was creamy and light. Waffles are airy and crisp. Yum.

Okay ice, but, not sure if the owner is aware of it, but the staff keep hours that are different from what is listed. My wife and I enjoy a lot of fun a pot of ice when we are late and like to finish our night in this way. For more than one occasion, we found that Inside Scoop will list either 9 or 10 PM as a closing time and the doors will be locked 30-40 minutes before the hours mentioned, even if the hours are listed on the door itself. Bad exercises. Do not list closing hour time and close the door 30-40 minutes before this time. This is a reason why you will never be small man ice cream, where we are currently standing in line, patronage, and not inside pot.

After dinner we popped in for some ice cream and this place is nice. The dude who was working was super chill, friendly, and helpful. They had good variety to choose from but.....the ice cream melted too fast, and it wasn't even hot out! Of all the dessert shops we've hit lately the ice cream at this one melted just way too fast. I think I'll still give it another try next time cuz it's nice to have another option in the area other than little man. Maybe we just came at a time when their freezers were running thru a defrost or something and the temps crept up.

Staff was great, and ice cream was amazing. My husband and I had stopped there when another creamery near by had a line out the door. This one was not super busy but had most of their tables filled. We enjoyed our ice cream and will definitely come back when we return to Denver !
