India Express - Denver
India Express
Description
India Express has recently undergone new ownership, and for some long-time customers, the changes have not been for the better. Disappointed diners have expressed longing for the days when the original owners produced excellent Indian dishes. However, others have found the new incarnation to be a pleasant surprise, with authentic, fresh, and delicious Indian cuisine. Despite mixed reviews, there is a consensus that the staff at India Express are friendly and welcoming, making for a positive dining experience. Overall, while some may have to search for a new Indian restaurant, others are happy to call themselves loyal customers of India Express.

One day my friend and I decided we wanted to go out for lunch. Originally we were going to go to Snooze but, the wait was too long. Then my friend spotted a Indian restaurant that was nestled in between Chipotle and Chueba Hut. This little restaurant is easy to miss. We went inside and we were both impressed on how clean it was and how the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We saw the buffet and noticed fresh hot food was put out. The waitress was super friendly and served us a basket of hot Naan and it was one of the best Naan I had tasted. The food was delectable and tasty. Everything was good and they were also reasonably priced. We will return again there.
Excellent Indian cuisine, loved their interpretations of classic masalas, korma, saag and biryani. Fast service for take out and got a large order perfect! Highly recommend.
Amazing food! I finally found a nice Indian restaurant in the USA, it only took 13 States.
I came here solo on New Year’s Day- craving some Indian food and wanting to try out a new spot. The place is super clean. Aaron was my waiter and was amazingly attentive. I ordered the mulligatawny soup- which is one of my faves and I have to say it was off the charts here- one of the best I’ve tried. I think people were in the Holiday spirit because Aaron brought me a chai tea (on the house for me to try…. and it was delightful as well. Followed up w the chicken tikka masala which was classic and perfect. I ordered both medium spicy (I like spicy and they were both perfect levels. To end the meal off- aaron repoint be these two mini doughnut guys for dessert. Clean restaurant, easy access of Colorado Boulevard, delicious food and very warm and inviting staff! If you like Indian food- go check them out!!!
