My boyfriend and I visited last Saturday for lunch, and it was quite hectic. The restaurant was packed (which I can't fault them for), but the overall cleanliness was lacking, with trash on the floors and tables. We had to navigate through very narrow spaces just to reach our table. Despite the chaos, we tried to focus on enjoying what we came for—the Sonic collaboration. We both ordered the Knuckles Chicken Sandwich, which features crispy chicken with avocado, bacon, cheese, ranch, lettuce, and tomato. I specifically asked for no avocado or cheese, while my boyfriend wanted everything. Unfortunately, they completely messed up our orders; we both ended up with grilled chicken sandwiches that had cheese, but no ranch, avocado, bacon, or tomato. Additionally, even though the advertisement showed onion rings, they are not included and must be ordered separately. I would recommend choosing a different IHOP location.

It can get quite busy during lunch hours on the weekends, but the staff goes above and beyond to ensure you have a great experience.

I was disappointed with the service during my recent visit. I understand that you're short-staffed, but it was frustrating to be served last. I received just three stacks of pancakes, and when I finally got home, I found they were burnt. Given the long wait and the quality of the food, I felt that I deserved a discount on my $38 bill. I truly felt like I wasted my money. If the service takes so long, I expect at least decent food in return. I love coming to this restaurant, but this experience fell short. Thank you for attempting to address the issue; I appreciate it. I hope my next visit will be an improvement.

They never seem to get my food right, the 3 stars they are a very young and nice group of people working there. And plus my son food was great. Do us a favor and check your cooks!!!!I'd go back but I would have to be mighty hungry with no other options

This place was very packed but we were seated and eating within 10-15mins. Wait staff are very attentive and willing to go the extra mile. Shout out to Jose. This dude is a very good waiter. Hopefully if we’re in this part of Denver again we have him as our server. Keep up the good work man.
