The restaurant was packed (which I can't fault them for), but the overall cleanliness was lacking, with trash on the floors and tables. We had to navigate through very narrow spaces just to reach our table. Despite the chaos, we tried to focus on enjoying what we came for—the Sonic collaboration. We both ordered the Knuckles Chicken Sandwich, which features crispy chicken with avocado, bacon, cheese, ranch, lettuce, and tomato. I specifically asked for no avocado or cheese, while my boyfriend wanted everything. Unfortunately, they completely messed up our orders; we both ended up with grilled chicken sandwiches that had cheese, but no ranch, avocado, bacon, or tomato. Additionally, even though the advertisement showed onion rings, they are not included and must be ordered separately. I would recommend choosing a different IHOP location.

I received just th... read more I was disappointed with the service during my recent visit. I understand that you're short-staffed, but it was frustrating to be served last. I received just three stacks of pancakes, and when I finally got home, I found they were burnt. Given the long wait and the quality of the food, I felt that I deserved a discount on my $38 bill. I truly felt like I wasted my money. If the service takes so long, I expect at least decent food in return. I love coming to this restaurant, but this experience fell short. Thank you for attempting to address the issue; I appreciate it. I hope my next visit will be an improvement.

This dude is a very good waiter. Hopefully if we’re in this part of Denver again we have him as our server. Keep up the good work man.
