Simply divine! The grilled artichoke and sushi was absolutely delicious. Paired this with wine and a kale salad and left feeling so refreshed and satisfied. You will not be disappointed. View all feedback.
What Tiffany Dahlberg doesn't like about Hillstone Restaurant:
Went to dinner with friends on Thursday night. It was packed by 5 pm. I'm not sure why it's popular. The food was average and overpriced: I had a simple tuna sushi roll for $22. The atmosphere is cool but not worth it View all feedback.
I love Hillstone! And to be honest, I had no wonderful experience in the last few times I was here... but we still decided to give it another attempt...
I enjoyed Hillstone. We got the seasonal artichoke as an appetizer, and while I generally don't like artichokes, that was delicious. We also...
We love Hillstone! I highly recommend the chicken sand that (not technically on the menu, but they know what you want when your order it), Thai noodle salad,...
Large and gorgeous restaurant with a diverse menu. The service made our experience memorable. Our waiter was friendly and enthusiastic. He made great recommendations in both food and drinks. Wonderful location in Cherry Creek North where it’s easy to walk around and explore nearby businesses. It is also walking distance to a shopping mall.
Having not been to Hillstone in many years I was very impressed with the whole experience. I was able to book a reservation through the website and then we were greeted when arriving. I requested a booth for a birthday lunch and was seated at one. Perfect. I had a water with lemon and my Mom had an iced tea. The waitress was great in refilling the water. My only suggestion is to provide the same sized glasses for water as other beverages. With the cost of any meal at Hillstone it's a small jab for not paying for a tea/soda/alcoholic drink to only give a small glass. The artichoke is a fun appetizer to start the meal. It is smoked and served with remoulade. They give you four quarters and it was more than enough for 2 people (took some home). The French dip is divine. It is perfectly sliced prime rib on a delicious bun with a side of au jus and coleslaw or French fries. I tried the coleslaw and it was good but nothing unique. I'll try the fries next go round. The Thai steak noodle salad was good but a bit overdressed. A good portion for lunch or dinner. I wanted to highlight the GM Will Dasco who went above and beyond during our meal. The parking lots have some space but it fills up quickly. There is street meter parking as well. Definitely will come back soon.
