This is by far the slowest drive-thru I?ve ever been to. I come on Saturday mornings and today the line is into the road, people are leaving, those that went inside can?t leave because the line is so long. It?s like this every Saturday. Ridiculous!!!
Please quit forgetting and leaving stuff out of my order. I don't feel you deserve a 1 star review for this so I'm being nice this time. Please and thank you
The drive-thru attendant was really friendly and went out of her way to provide us with extra napkins and plenty of ketchup packets without us even asking. That's a level of service you don't often see at fast food places anymore. Unfortunately, I did end up with a bad stomachache, but there were three of us, and I was the only one who got sick.
I only ordered a Cherry Coke, but it was enjoyable and refreshing. The young man at the drive-thru was very nice.
I can't imagine how the service could be any slower. I waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru line. The car ahead of me left after waiting 10 minutes without any response at the speaker, and I did the same thing a couple of weeks ago. I can't fathom how it could get worse unless there was just one person trying to do everything. The place wasn't even crowded; on the day I visited, the parking lot was less than half full. I thought drive-thrus were supposed to be prioritized. I ended up waiting another 10 minutes parked behind a couple of cars at the window, just waiting for a single bag. When you experience 10 minutes of silence at the drive-thru speaker and then another 10 at the window without any activity or communication, something is definitely off. That’s two separate instances of complete inactivity during one visit.
