It is convenient that they are situated in the airport parking lot. Otherwise, they probably wouldn't attract much regular business. Unfortunately, the service was poor. I waited almost 15 minutes in the drive-thru at 8 PM for just 2 drinks. When I asked for my receipt, the employee closed the door in my face. Furthermore, our drinks were disappointing and did not match what was advertised.
I asked for 8 dishes over ice with half a pump white chocolate and a splash of 2% milk. they wanted to recharge me at 20 bucks! I've been in the coffee shop for 23 years! I tried to explain how it rings, but no one would listen. now because....loud, boujee, ghetto. So I just left. I'll tell you here. for an American. add the additional dishes and the white chocolate when (if your sticker. his half pump is my sum. should not have been more than 8 to 10 dollars max. and that is even much. this shop really really really needs to manate and learn customer service. just be nice and try to hear. I was trying to help. in the meantime I will pass this dunken on the way to and from the airport. I like to learn from my mistakes and avoid people who are rude and mean. good day!
The egg bagel doesn't really taste like a traditional bagel, but it is very delicious. The hash browns were a bit overcooked and served in place of the usual side, but the coffee was good. The double chocolate donut was a sweet treat.
They had free donut Wednesday for dunkin rewards and the glazed donut was fantastic as well as the original blend hot coffee. I placed a mobile order and it was ready upon my arrival.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp from parking to store front, plenty of space inside and chairs are able to move if necessary
This is a good location in cell phone waiting lot.
