This results in my cup being mostly fi... read more The only issue I have experienced at this restaurant is that when I ask for less ice in my drink, it seems to be ignored. This results in my cup being mostly filled with ice rather than the actual drink. It is frustrating to have to drink only a few sips before my beverage is essentially gone because of all the ice. I do not go there to pay for a cup of ice. While I understand that mistakes happen, it happens every time I order my iced coffee with less ice. It is not a complicated request.

I'm pretty sure that's not my responsibility, because I ordered it first. very frustrated and will never return.
