The chef treated me to a complimentary sourdough bread, and it was absolutely remarkable—beyond words! The combination of stracciatella, prosciutto, and balsamic vinegar on the sourdough was simply delicious. I also ordered a cucumber salad and couldn't resist finishing the whole bowl by myself. For my main dish, I sampled their handmade rigatoni, which, as I expected, was made with fresh ingredients. This place is definitely a must-try if you’re in Denver!

I then enjoyed the meatballs, which were equally delightful, but unfortunately, I couldn't finish them.
