Description

Nestled in Denver, this chef-driven pasta spot blends a cool, homey vibe with standout handmade pastas and an unforgettable house sourdough. Vibrant plates—from squid-ink cavatelli to a rich verde carbonara and spicy chicken parm—pair with smart drinks and a bustling happy hour. Order at the counter and food is delivered to your table; service is warm and attentive to allergies. Weekends bring lines and loud music, but generous portions, fresh ingredients and thoughtful execution make the slightly higher prices worth it.

I had a wonderful experience dining at this restaurant. Everything I'd heard about it lived up to the hype. The chef treated me to a complimentary sourdough bread, and it was absolutely remarkable—beyond words! The combination of stracciatella, prosciutto, and balsamic vinegar on the sourdough was simply delicious. I also ordered a cucumber salad and couldn't resist finishing the whole bowl by myself. For my main dish, I sampled their handmade rigatoni, which, as I expected, was made with fresh ingredients. This place is definitely a must-try if you’re in Denver!

This is a fantastic little spot that truly emphasizes quality food. While the service is counter-style, your meals are brought to your table. The drinks were expertly crafted, but the highlight was undoubtedly the food—absolutely delicious and bursting with flavor. The homemade pasta is a must-try. If you're in the area, I highly recommend checking this place out!

The food and service were excellent! The only downside was that the music was a bit too loud. We ended up sitting for a while without realizing we needed to place our orders at the bar because our server was explaining the process, but her voice was drowned out by the music. Other than that, the food and drinks were fantastic!

Vegetarian options: They offer cacio e pepe, radiatori, spaghetti, and cavatelli as vegetarian pasta choices, along with several appetizers and desserts. This place is significantly better than your average restaurant! Dietary restrictions: They are very careful and attentive when it comes to food allergies or dietary restrictions, making sure to accommodate as needed.

I had an excellent dining experience with fantastic service. The homemade sourdough stracciatella drizzled with balsamic vinegar was a delicious starter. I then enjoyed the meatballs, which were equally delightful, but unfortunately, I couldn't finish them.
