Very good food, server nice but untrained—took some dirty dishes, didn’t come back for others, did not bring dessert cutlery, not attuned to spacing between courses. The place was maybe 1/2 full and there were other servers so shouldn’t have been overwhelmed. Just needs training. Would definitely go back—food done well and at least server was nice and apologetic. What Scott Lawrence doesn't like about Courier.:
The food was actually pretty good however it took three hours for three courses to be presented at our table. We chose the set valentine menu, so you would expect that you wouldn’t have to wait 45 minutes to an hour between courses. I don’t blame the waitress, but the kitchen obviously did not have enough staff or they were somehow impaired. View all feedback.
Very very Slow service (asked for a piece of cheesecake to go because we were in a hurry and it took 20 minutes to come out), bad ambience, pretty good food. Ok for a hotel restaurant, but wouldn’t recommend it for a local dining experience.
The waiter was excellent!! The fruit was so fresh! Recieved a free mimosa with the Brunch! Nice!!
Went for Mother’s Day “brunch” 2019 and it seemed to be an exaggerated version of what they typically serve at the restaurant every morning. I have no complaints for our experience other than the price. For $30/ea we weren’t served anything more than a basic breakfast buffet with one mimosa. The ambiance was nice but hard to ignore that it shares the same foyer as the Grand Hyatt that the restaurant resides in. Drop the price or raise the quality, something has to give for us to go back.
Debbie greeted me and was very gracious. She planned to seat me at the window but the previous hostess got the last seat. It was still a nice placement. Jake's service is always top notch. He'll fix any issue with a warm smile! Thanks for the wonderful service at Couirer!
We had a really lovely lunch! The restaurant is beautiful, the food was delish, and the atmosphere was perfect for a lunch with great friends. Thank you!
