Waters remained empty for a lengthy amount of time, had to ask when staff came by (very infrequently). Server had a half smoked cigarette behind his ear while serving us food and beverage. Not the best first impression.

When we inqu... read more The food at this restaurant is fantastic, but the service falls short! We had a table for four, but the waiter included a tip meant for six people. When we inquired about it, she mentioned that Europeans typically don't tip and that their manager instructed them to add 20% to all checks. The waitress didn't inform us that the tip was included, and there was no indication on the bill!
