What Rey Goodwin doesn't like about Cholon Central Park:
accompanying the large teller menu item with salat leaves for packings and 4 steps that were all fine, was a brick-like plate of pork as extremely delicate. it was not tender. the flesh was dense, dry and chewing. it seems that the pig had been chiseled several times (heated,) so that a considerable pressure was required to cut it with a knife. the inner was mainly dried. too bad, the restaurant has a beautiful ambie... I visited for their dim sum brunch for the first time, and it was fantastic. Every dish was exceptional, and the service was, as always, outstanding.
The food is incredibly delicious, but the portions are quite small. If you're not too hungry, it's a great spot to visit.
We visited during happy hour and got to try a variety of excellent small plates. We'll definitely be coming back!
Our dinner was very good and the lamb dish was awesome.
We found the food to be mediocre and the service only fair.
