I have ordered 20 meals over the past 4 months and 3 of them were missing food, while other orders were incorrect. The location on Evans Avenue in Denver is particularly problematic. When trying to rectify the situation or get the missing items, customers are led through a convoluted phone tree with no option to speak to a real person. The recorded message merely states that team members may not always be able to answer the phone, but in my experience, they never do. This is extremely concerning for those with food allergies, as incorrect or missing items could pose a serious health risk.
