What sandyG dislikes about Byblos Cafe:
The food portion sizes were generous, but the quality was just average. The menu choices were somewhat limited and repetitive. The atmosphere was friendly, although the lighting was quite bright. Currently, they don't have a liquor license due to neighboring regulations, but they do allow you to bring your own wine without any corkage fee. Just a heads up, they don’t provide wine glasses, so we brought our own. Overa... View all feedback.
This restaurant consistently delivers delicious falafel and hummus. Don't expect anything out of the ordinary or inventive; this place focuses on providing exactly what you anticipate.
My partner and I stumbled upon this restaurant on a whim, and we absolutely loved it! We're definitely planning to return, and I'll be recommending it to all my friends. The food was delicious, and I really appreciated how many vegan options they had—if not more than non-vegan dishes! I also thought it was fun that my server playfully encouraged my partner not to choose a vegan option (in a friendly way, of course). It was such a refreshing change from our experiences at places that aren't very vegan-friendly (you know the type). Anyway, you should definitely eat here. With their creative food and attentive, fun servers, you can't go wrong!
This dish featured a delightful combination of Mediterranean cuisine, and everything was absolutely delicious!
Excellent food quality! The family platter is a great way to sample a variety of everything. Definitely get an extra serving of meat moussaka as it is better than anything I’ve ever tasted in the Mediterranean; Cyprus, Greece, Crete and Israel. The baklava was perfect; not syrupy sweet like traditional Greek. The atmosphere is very casual but could use a little music to set the mood.
I had a wonderful dining experience at Byblos! The babaganoush was delicious, and the tatziki was fresh and flavorful. The falafel was crispy and crunchy, and the meat Moussaka was rich and satisfying. The staff were delightful and attentive. I couldn't get enough of the hummus and rice. I highly recommend Byblos!
