First and foremost, this type of dining is a treat. If you are looking for a quick flip meal that’s filling don’t go here. Now that we got that out of the way, Beckon was delicious and the wine was truly paired. Not only was the meal paced well, but an addition of A5 wage from Nagoya was a nice surprise. Staff was extremely friendly and courteous, even when we were starting to overlap the next seating. Would highly recommend for a special night out.
I had a wonderful experience during my visit from out of town. The service was excellent, and the quality of the food ranged from good to great, depending on the dish. The overall atmosphere was delightful, making it a memorable experience—definitely on par with some Michelin-starred restaurants I’ve tried. I wouldn’t recommend the Wagyu add-on for $95, though; while it was delicious, it's overpriced for just 2 ounces. However, everything else was absolutely worth the visit!
A perfect dining experience from start to finish. The service was impeccable and I enjoyed every bite of the beautifully prepared food. Highly recommend adding on the reserve wine pairing and cheese course. Looking forward to trying the next menu.
However, there are two potential drawbacks to keep in mind. First, if you're seeking a quiet and romantic atmosphere, be sure to book a table on the patio, as the indoor dining area can be quite loud, making it difficult to have an intimate conversation. Second, the restaurant is located in a bustling neighborhood and doesn’t have its own parking lot, which meant we had to park three blocks away. This isn’t an issue during the summer, but it’s something to consider if the weather isn’t ideal. Overall, if you’re a foodie or someone who appreciates fine dining, Beckon is the top choice in Denver.
