This place is great, but the menu is very limited and everything is super rich. Don't let them tell you the basement is as cool as the upstairs because it's awful down there. We got one glimpse of the amazing front room then we were ushered down into the basement where the atmosphere was just depressing. View all feedback.
What DiningGuide Reader doesn't like about Beatrice & Woodsley:
There is nothing good about this place, other then the atmosphere. It is an absolutly beautiful restaurant. The aumbiance is quite lovely for a romantic evening. But the service and food were just ridiculous. And to top it off.... Because there is limited space and tables, i felt like they were rushing me and my friends so they can seat other guests. $125 tab for cold food and rude employees. Never again!!!! View all feedback.
Beatrice and Woodsley is a great experience from the moment you walk in. The “aspen” trees in the room and the jazz music playing just makes you forget that you are in the heart of Denver and not up in the mountains. All oft the “small” plates all looked fantastic on the menu and the Pork Belly I ordered was straight mana from heaven. Go soon and go with a lot of friends so you can get one of everything! I had a really nice brunch with one of my best girlfriends to celebrate a big award she just received. Thank you for helping find a solution to surprise her with sparkling wine after we ordered our initial beverages. I recommend suggesting that to other's in the future!
Wonderful atmosphere, excellent service, and delicious food!
Great atmosphere. Experienced service. Great drinks and food. Overall a fantastic place to spend the evening!
My partner and I returned to celebrate our third anniversary here after celebrating our second here last year. The food was excellent, and the service was fantastic. We walked in and were immediately greeted with Happy Anniversary by the host, server, and even the bussers. The anniversary card on the table signed by the staff was a wonderful touch. We both felt so valued and welcome. Thank you Beatrice Woodsley! See you again soon!
