Great food. I love the atmosphere. The staff was very nice to us, I have 3 kids that are picky eaters and let us go up and grab a couple extra small portions for them because they wouldn't eat what we originally got for them. Will go again sometime. View all feedback.
What Christopher Martin doesn't like about Bd's Mongolian Grill:
The food was tasty, but the service was very poor. The hostess was extremely rude and seemed annoyed when we asked where our friends were seated for our reservation. She told us to find them ourselves. It took a long time to get our drinks, and the rice seemed stale. Fortunately, I was able to make my own stir fry. However, the staff kept getting confused about which dishes contained egg. They appeared overwhelmed by... View all feedback.

I have always loved this place but the dining room had a funk to it. Restrooms were dirty and the meat seemed old. The service and staff were great but that's the best thing I have to say about my visit.
I love bds Mongolian Grill, it is one of my favorite places to eat! I get the same thing every time and it is always delicious. However, I've had bad experiences with this location. I've been to this location in Denver about 4 times now and the service is bad. I've had problems getting my drink refilled, waiting for someone to come up to the hostess stand to seat me (even though 3 servers are looking at me standing there), and twice now the hostess sat me without any silverware. This particular location is definitely unclean. Every surface is sticky and I've gotten stuff on my shirt by leaning on the counter around the grill. Also, the bathrooms are always disgusting when I go here. I just recently ate here and 3 out of the 4 bathrooms were filthy and had toilet paper all over the floors. Lastly, I'm frustrated with the policy changes at bds. Apparently if you order unlimited bowls you aren't allowed to get a box to take left overs home. I had payed for a second bowl and couldn't finish all of it, when I asked for a box the server stated she wasn't allowed to give me one. I had told her I was just here recently and was allowed a box, to which she responded there was a policy change. I think that is ridiculous if I'm paying $25 for unlimited bowls I should be able to take my unfinished food home with me. If you go to Olive Garden they have unlimited breadsticks and salad and you're allowed to take home breadsticks and salad. The servers at Olive Garden even give me fresh breadsticks to take home! So for bd's to deny me a box for the food I payed for is honestly hogwash. I'm really disappointed in this and won't be ordering unlimited bowls anymore. I most likely won't return to this location either, seeing as all my experiences here have been bad. I do love bds food because it really is delicious. But people are right when they say this is a bad location.
Amazing service, out Waitress Julie made our experience one to remember. Definitely would recommend and will be coming back
First experience at a grill like this I'll start by saying it was not busy there were only 3 other patrons in the establishment. 2 complaints in this review. We ordered buffet bowls and an appetizer side of brussel sprouts. You begin the meal by filling a bowl with raw meats, fish and veggies. You turn that in the grill master and they grill everything to perfection right in front of you. Rice options were white and brown and served right before your grilled bowl. I thought the selections were plenty to choose from and we picked excellent pairings. The sauce options were numerous snd delicious. We also witnessed the grill chef checking the temp on the grill which was appreciated. First criticism the Brussel sprout appetizer was so overcooked/ fried by the chef in the back that the leaves and any chunks just disintegrated in your mouth. There was nothing substantial in them. They topped these charred bits with a sweet sauce that was flavorful and I would have loved to try the sprouts cooked correctly with the sauce. The other complaint is bathroom cleanliness. We went around opening time and so there really is no excuse for dirty, stinky bathrooms. Overall, I would go back, and just hope they don't murder the sprouts next time.
