However, I saw another lady there with a child and asked for a scoop of ice cream, and the lady told them they aren't able to serve ice cream until 4 because of being shortstaffed. I've worked in retail before I totally understand being short staffed can be frustrating to those currently working, asthey have extra work to pick up. However, the rest of the time they were there the 3 employees were standing around talking. There is absolutely no reason they couldn't have given that child a scoop of icecream. There also was no one else in line, soit's not like a bunch of other people would have jumped in for some. I thought this was absolutely ridiculous!!! Short staffedis understandable, but if they're going to just stand there talking for how long they were then they could have scooped onescoop of icecream for a child. What a shame. It's not like they had their hands full.

I wish they had informed me sooner instead of having three employees chat among themselves for several minutes while I waited at the counter. There were no other customers, and now I understand why. The place was also filthy. It seems like there are some serious issues with how this business is managed.

I drove all the way there, spending money on gas, just to be turned away because someone didn’t want to scoop ice cream. When I asked about their hours, she said it depends on who’s working. A complete waste of time.

The employee scooping the ice cream kept letting their hair touch the cone every time they dipped it, so I didn’t end up eating mine. The staff were all chatting about their exes, and there was no adult supervision at all. I usually never write reviews, but this was so bad I had to share.
