The fun artwork adds to the charm, and the relaxed atmosphere is wonderful. Located in the heart of the downtown performing arts district, it's conveniently close to bike paths as well. There are plenty of opportunities for people watching. It's an ideal spot to relax on a Saturday morning, before a show, or anytime in between.
