To my dismay, one of the employees was eating in plain view while pouring our drinks, which is completely unprofessional and disgusting. Who does that? It made me question the cleanliness of the food preparation. Although we did eventually get our drinks, they also closed the lobby early, ignoring other customers who were waiting. This restaurant clearly needs better training for its staff. I am extremely disappointed and grossed out by the overall cleanliness and lack of basic customer service. Despite the owner's claims about addressing these issues in recent reviews, it seems nothing has improved. I will never return to this establishment after such a dreadful experience.
I visited the restaurant and the staff member who took my order was on the phone, which resulted in a longer wait for our drinks. When they finally arrived, they were flat. I would recommend going to a different place instead of this one.
