We came to try “the best pancakes in Colorado”, and we were pleasantly surprised that it was true, a single folding jacket served super fluffy and crisp with bu... read more We came to try “the best pancakes in Colorado”, and we were pleasantly surprised that it was true, a single folding jacket served super fluffy and crisp with buttermilk and vanilla, absolutely fantastic. we were disappointed when the espresso martinis were very bitter, but the server repaired it immediately. all meal times (scored French toast, lachs benedict, breakfast burrito and hasch) was good, but not spectacular, but the pancake was definitely the best.

If they want to create house-ma... read more Is there any chance they could provide regular tomato ketchup instead? There’s a reason why traditional condiments exist, right? If they want to create house-made sauces, they could at least offer a classic tomato ketchup or an interesting mayo. Skipping the beet ketchup or providing alternatives would be appreciated. The burger was frustrating, and I feel bad for the animal that had to sacrifice its life for this poor preparation. On the brighter side, I did have breakfast here too, and that was quite nice.
