I placed an order for pickup at Bubu this morning. After we picked up, they called to tell us they did not give us the complete order but could deliver it. Afte... read more I placed an order for pickup at Bubu this morning. After we picked up, they called to tell us they did not give us the complete order but could deliver it. After giving them my address, I waited for the delivery. 2.5 hours later and no delivery I called them. They answered, asked to me on hold once I mentioned who I was and then instead hung up on me. Upon calling again multiple times, no one answered. All I was looking for was a refund for the lunch I never received, but overall the entire experience has been underwhelming. Things happen, but I expect the team to at least be professional about it.

They have several bowls on the menu representing different ethnic inspired bowls (Mexican, Californian, Asian, etc. and the option to make your own with a choice of a base (brown or white rice, noodles, salad, etc. , protein (meat, raw fish, shrimp, chicken, tofu and finally a wide assortment of toppings and dressings. All items are fresh, translating to a healthy and delicious meal. I can’t wait to return!
