I tried the egg drop soup and absolutely loved it; it's the best I've had since moving here! The crab Rangoon was perfectly cooked, and the Szechuan chicken was generous, packed with just the right amount of meat and vegetables. The egg rolls were fantastic, and the fried rice was full of flavor. I will definitely be returning!

We offer the most affordable delivery, but feel free to order through Uber or DoorDash if you prefer; we’re available there too. However, please keep in mind that their drivers sometimes don’t wait the few minutes needed for your order, which can lead to cancellations—even when we still have time to prepare your food. I cannot emphasize enough how great our food is! I've been working here since September 21, and if you come in, chances are you’ll see me. If you call, I’m the one answering your questions. If there’s ever an issue with your order, we’ll always take responsibility and make it right—every single time. Also, I'd like to ask you to refrain from calling during busy periods while trying to read the menu. It’s challenging when you’re undecided while others are eager to place their orders. Please take a moment to write down what you want; all menu items have descriptions available. This way, we can enhance the phone ordering process and minimize delays. We contacted them directly because they offer their own delivery service. On one occasion, they forgot to include the rice. However, since the rice is more of an extra filler and their entrees come in generous portions, it wasn't a major issue. Overall, we've enjoyed their food, and the delivery times have been consistently reasonable for us. To be honest, I generally don’t have high expectations for restaurants in Denton; there's usually something missing from my order.

I asked that the broccoli be removed and replaced with water chestnuts, but apparently Win Hing is not Burger King, and I can’t have it my way. Portions were large, food was hot. Bag was not stapled closed. General Tso’s was more like orange chicken, but the curry chicken was very good. Not sure if I’ll order again, but I wasn’t dissatisfied. DoorDash delivery was excellent.

Having lived in East Asia for six years, I've often sought out authentic Chinese cuisine that brings me back to the flavors of the region. I truly believe this restaurant delivers that experience. As for those who complained about the food not tasting good because they had to wait an hour or because there was confusion with the ordering process—that's on them, not the restaurant. (Fun fact: the Chinese language is generally more concise and direct than English, which can sometimes lead to misunderstandings that are mistaken for dissatisfaction.) Let's be clear: this restaurant is a work in progress, but they serve fantastic food at a great price. Don't miss out on this gem!

Here's a tip. place their order from our website and we can get their order faster, so they get their order faster. everyone wants to order at the same time. there is even one way to say when they are ready to order. also their fried chicken with soße will get mushy if they don't pick it up in time. it surprises me how other time does not fall upon us for a collection order. we are the cheapest delivery, but order us from uber and doordash if you want. we're here too. their drivers don't show up yet 3 minutes waiting sometimes and want to cancel their delivery. even if we still have time to get the order ready. I can't stress enough how good our food is. I've been helping this place since 9/21. when you go to 9/10, you'll see me. when you call, you get me, and at any time something is wrong with a command, we do it ourselves and do it right. each time. moreover, please stop them during the busy times try to read the menu at the same time as they just made their call. this is selfish and dismaying for other guests who know what they want or who can call to hire. write down your things. all menu items have a description of what is in the order. make sure they know. I have a menu of me, we help everyone by making the phone process better. because I can't answer the phone and the bag. order will be delayed. take some time to think and be responsible, please come to us personally. we are very clean.

We've been ordering in from Win Hing for about 4 years, and their portion sizes are excellent. We've never had any issues with delivery or the accuracy of our order. Very happy to be a long term and continued customer.
