During lunchtime, this restaurant is much more energetic. Although there was a bit of a wait to order due to the large crowd, the food was custom cooked in just 5 minutes. The hot and fresh dishes were made to order and I will definitely be returning in the future. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Whataburger:
Two of us went to this restaurant and ordered separately. Unfortunately, I received my food but my dining partner did not receive hers, even though at least 10 other tables who had ordered after us did. After waiting for about 30 minutes, I had to go up to the counter to inquire about her order (as she has difficulty standing for long periods). The staff seemed more concerned about me crossing into the kitchen area than addressing the delay in serving our food. I do not recommend dining at this restaurant.

I typically enjoy the food at this restaurant, but the service I received today was quite bad. My experience at the drive-thru was particularly disappointing as I waited for over 20 minutes for a single burger, salad, and kids chicken tender meal. Despite having 6 cars behind us, several drivers were able to receive their orders and leave before us, including one car that was handed two large bags of food. Frustrated, we eventually went inside to inquire about our order. To make matters worse, they also got the side dish wrong for the kids meal and gave us the wrong ketchup.
We placed our order at 1:17 am on October 2nd, 2022. It took more than 20 minutes to receive our order. Initially, our gravy was missing and we also noticed that the bacon we paid an extra $1.50 for was not included. When I brought this to the attention of the employee, they were indifferent and provided slow and subpar service.
I really like this Whataburger. The food is always delicious and the service is very quick. The drive-thru can get busy around lunchtime, but if you enjoy their breakfast like I do, I usually dine in and finish eating in just 20 minutes.
