Subway - Denton

I visited this restaurant three nights ago and had a great experience, so I decided to return tonight at 7:00 PM on 1/06/2021. Unfortunately, they were out of broth when I tried to order the Italian bread with cheese on a 3-foot sub. They explained that the previous shift had not left any broth behind. I felt sorry for the two workers who were very nice. Although I like this place and plan to come back another day, on this occasion I went to a different Subway on Mayhill where everything was good. The restaurant was clean, had a modern look, and the staff was friendly. However, they seemed to be struggling with a lack of supplies and management issues, causing delays in service. It appears that they may need more workers and better organization. I hope they can improve their operations or consider focusing on fewer locations. In the meantime, I suggest they communicate openly with customers about any limitations or issues they may be facing. Overall, I believe they have potential, but they need to make some changes to improve customer satisfaction.

I am not usually picky when it comes to food, but I have to say that this was one of the worst sandwiches I have ever had! I ordered a simple chicken strip sandwich, but it was completely wrong. Instead of chicken strips, I received what looked like rotisserie chicken. Additionally, the salad was brown and the tomato tasted old and sour. I am extremely disappointed and feel like I wasted my money.

I went to this restaurant yesterday for lunch and was disappointed to see that none of the staff were wearing masks as they prepared the food. It was a risky situation and I won't be returning to this place again.

I didn't get the names of the three employees working tonight, but they were all amazing. Especially the man who made our sandwiches, he was incredibly patient, kind, and friendly as my seven-year-old daughter kept changing her mind. The service was fantastic, and we will definitely be returning. Thank you!

My son and I visited the restaurant on Sunday after church service. I am always impressed by the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the establishment. I especially enjoy the heated flat bread sandwiches.
