What Carlie s doesn't like about Sharetea:
Ordered the Hokkaido milk tea. It was terrible and burnt tasting. I love Hokkaido and that was awful. I’m not sure if it was too much powder in there or what. I went in for a refund and I was told that it ISNT possible and that the system isn’t equipped for it. If you’re using square online it is possible. I didn’t fight it. Sharetea seriously has the best boba! Like the actual pearls—so tasty! Other places I’ve been to have boba with either no flavor or really bitter. Not Sharetea—theirs has a sweet, brown sugary taste. Also, the tea itself is delicious! And I like that you get to choose how much ice goes into your drink and how sweet it is. This location in particular also has really good, quick service. I usually get the Okinawa pearl milk tea, if you need a recommendation!
My husband and I are avid boba tea drinkers and have tried probably 50 different shops in the metroplex. This one is best of the best! They have the quickest friendliest service, drink selection is awesome, and the consistency of the quality of the drinks is spot on. We've probably been 15 times in the two months since we moved nearby, and have never had anything less than a five star experience all around. Wintermelon with Fresh Milk is the best!!!
Date: (11/19/2022) The environment was cleaned and all. The only down side was a Mexican girl helping me seemed to pushy. Like she was hurrying me up to order and go. Her face showed like she wasn’t happy.I know we all have problems, but I don’t think it’s good to bring them to your job.

I was told to get a different drink and that “ this apparently isn’t done often.” I left with a Thai tea. Extremely disappointed with the customer service. I was pressured into getting a drink I didn’t want. I don’t know if she was a manager or shift lead, but her performance was not up to par in customer service.
