The service is incredibl... read more My husband and I are huge boba tea enthusiasts and have sampled around 50 different shops in the metroplex. This one is truly the best! The service is incredibly fast and friendly, the drink selection is fantastic, and the quality of the drinks is consistently excellent. We've visited about 15 times in the two months since we moved nearby, and every experience has been nothing short of five stars. The Wintermelon with Fresh Milk is my favorite!

The actual pearls are incredibly flavorful—far better than what I've experienced at other places, where the boba can be tasteless or overly bitter. At Sharetea, the pearls have a delightful sweet, brown sugar flavor. The tea itself is also excellent! I appreciate being able to customize my drink by choosing the amount of ice and level of sweetness. Additionally, this location provides fast and efficient service. My go-to order is the Okinawa pearl milk tea, so I highly recommend trying that if you're looking for a suggestion!

This time I was handed a drink with pearls and when asked for it to be corrected, was met with attitude about how the drink comes with it and a refusal to fix the problem.

I... read more Ordered the Hokkaido milk tea. It was terrible and burnt tasting. I love Hokkaido and that was awful. I’m not sure if it was too much powder in there or what. I went in for a refund and I was told that it ISNT possible and that the system isn’t equipped for it. If you’re using square online it is possible. I didn’t fight it. I was told to get a different drink and that “ this apparently isn’t done often.” I left with a Thai tea. Extremely disappointed with the customer service. I was pressured into getting a drink I didn’t want. I don’t know if she was a manager or shift lead, but her performance was not up to par in customer service.
