I asked the girl if more was on the way when the container was empty and she said I can order it. probably 12 minutes! at this place with no air conditioning?! if they have no food and their allegedly sell it then they cook it for their customers if they only cook it until someone asks to sell tacos outside the building, we will not wait in a hot building if they can not afford to repair their ac then they close the place. No thanks

Was told in the drive thru it would be a 10 minute wait and upon getting to the window to pay the wait time ballooned to 20 minutes. I work in the food industry and not a fast food place but there is no way it should take 20 minutes to prepare any item on your menu

I r... read more Well, I went in for a bowl but decided to try something new. The server said the pepper steak was his favorite so I said great ill try that and I did......? I rinsed the meat and fed it to my dogs. Bad texture, kinda gummy. They cooked it like med rare. Also, the chow mein looks moist but i think thats more to do w the oil. It was a bit dry too. Anyway 2 stars for the part I did like...the sweet fire chicken. Now Go get your grub on..or NOT

I used to eat at a... read more I have no idea how this place does business. The service is beyond awful for several reasons. First off for dine in: The food here is subpar. I used to eat at a different location before I moved to Denton at it was excellent. This location is awful. They are SLOW first off. I mean really slow. Doesn't matter if you go in or pick up at the drive thru it's a long wait. The food is just not that good. If you want Chinese there are many more better options than this Panda. As for pick up drive thru. I have been here SEVEN times and have never been able to complete an order for a customer. Panda either doesn't have it ready or they lose the order. I no longer will do any sort of business at this location and they are so bad I won't give and Panda Express my business. Tonight was the last chance. I went inside to pick up a to go order that had been paid for. They couldn't find it. Yet strangely they knew the name it was for. I went in and gave them just a first name. They guy couldn't find it. Then he said ok you ware picking and order for... and he knew both first AND LAST name. I never gave a last name. Was told they didn't have an order. That's absolutely garbage. Horrible experience. So yes I will never go here. Want good Chinese? Go to Hot Spots Eat Fresh down the road. They do not lose orders and have way better food.
