Mcdonald's - Denton

Drive them through a massed order for my two children in the school lunch break, easy order. happy food and double cheeseburger and shake. the woman asked for food back and said it was right that I could see her reception, of course I did not get the reception. so. she took the hamburger out and put in happy food box with a fry, no toys, no drink. that does not work for a child. they started eating her and while I tried to arrange the rest of the order. I just asked her for refund and re-ring right, but I needed a drink and toy, another woman came into the window and said we need to eat back, I said they eat, I need her back to school. she said we can't refund and correct without eating. strangely, but literally, eating out her mouth took it and gave it back. then she gave me my money back and said I should go back to the line. It's amazing. I know I'm a customer, but that's just too many bad experiences. never again.

After sitting in the line of passage 30 minutes, you said cash only in one effort to disappear the line

The girl inside was very rude. she gave me only 1/2 my order. I also wore four drinks. I asked her if they had a karton to help with the drinks she reacted to no. then I spilled everything. the manager was very nice. he gave me everything fresh and I asked him why she lied. if they don't like their job, please stop them. I bought lunch for my employees. not even I was rude to her.

I was very angry once i arrived home with my meal. Ordered a chicken sandwich and fries. Chicken was burnt and dried out, bread dry no lettuce pickles nothing. Fries hard and cold. Tried calling McDonald’s but kept getting a busy signal. ?Don’t go to that location after 10pm. It really doesn’t deserve 1 star

First time I ever had food in a McDonald's that was kind of cold. Also had difficulty using the touchscreen ordering terminals. They seemingly did not sense my touch. Instructions on the machine referred to tent numbers, but the tables had numbers. To know that, one has to first look at the table before stopping to order.Even though I specified done in, my food was given to me in a paper bag. I had to return to the counter for a drink cup.All in all not a great experience, not even by the usual low bar I set for McDonald's restaurants.
