What Scott Whittington doesn't like about Mad Labs Vapor:
I purchased a bottle of juice and when I got home I found that it tasted “off”. I looked on the bottle and saw that the juice was over two years old and had expired 2 months ago. I returned and was told I could get a “discount” on a new bottle. I don’t mind that they charge more than other vape shops in Denton if you give good customer service but this was just a slap in the face. Never again Mad Labs. View all feedback.
I live near here so I definitely come here more often than I visit other shops. Prices are great but I do wish they had a better reward system. I spend a lot of money there. But oh well, I still love this place.
Came in on the fourth of July and had never been there. Needed to find a new disposable vape but I tend to be pretty picky with flavors. She took like 10 minutes to go over the different brands and even look up what the flavors consisted of to make sure it didn't have the flavors I didn't like. I'm not from Denton but in my town service like that is unheard of so I really appreciated it! Will definitely be back!
Very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable personnel, which is very refreshing this day and age! A very clean/organized conveniently located facility (easy entry and exit with plenty of parking), that carries a vast variety of products most commonly found in vape shops to include K-Tea. Pricing is competive! I’ll definitely continue to give Mad Labs Vapes my business and recommend you give them a try, too. Oh! Smiles from the staff … those are free! (You’ll find no “sketchy-loiterers” hanging out, outside of this business)

I love this store. Friendly and informative and always have great selections. They really care about customer satisfaction. And u cant beat the prices.
