I had ordered wrong and called to ask if I could bring back that sandwich and the employee on the phone sent another sandwich right away. that's why I'm recurring. loves this place and their employees! What User doesn't like about Jimmy John's:
There’s a difference between being fast and being accurate, and I definitely prefer the latter. My combo was delivered, but my chips were missing. After waiting 30 minutes and still no chips, I called to check on the order. I spoke to the manager, who suggested I wait a few more minutes. By that point, my sandwich was gone. I've been eating at this place for years and eating is always fantastic. the only thing that is more impressive than eating is its first-class staff and unbeatable service. when it comes to fast eating, I believe that most people are used to be served by the unenchanted humdrum husk from a person who welcomes the same restaurant name>, what can I get for them? jimmy john 's on 288 is the take to this norm! I had the pleasure of interacting with ben who burst with charisma, personality and useful information. it was a breath of fresh air, someone really pleasant and fun in an industry known for the opposite. excellent work, ben!
The kubano is the bomb soo good .. Texas definitely needs real authentic Cuban food it is soo good .. but this sub is really good
Friendly employees, good food, very clean. Edit: we used the app to order it messed our order up. When we went back talked to an employee he was super nice fixed it for us. I'll definitely come back but won't use the app again.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I order Jimmy Johns at least 2 times per week. Today I placed my order and asked for EXTRA oil vinegar. When it arrived it had NO oil or vinegar. I called and spoke with Vaughn who was not in a good mood, and told me its on the lettuce. He argues with me and was rude. I mean I wouldn't call if it was correct. They re-made the sandwich delivered reluctantly. When the driver, Tyman? arrived I handed him the dry sandwich for the exchange and he decided to harrass me about how a sandwich should be made and that he and his GM (who he refused to give me his name) said it was made correctly to begin with and they watched the video of it being made. REALLY??? I'm actually afraid to eat the sandwich-they probably spit on it. If I am paying $15+ for a sandwich, I would expect it top be correct. Thank goodness this one was a reward that I still paid $7. I am done with Jimmy Johns.
