Staff is rude and lazy and closes the kitchen earlier than their advertised hours and then say you cant get food even though it says their kitchens open online. The waitress informed us that our food would take longer than usual due to a large party in one of their rooms, but she seemed flustered and presented it in a negative way. She got into a heated argument with a patron during the food ordering process, making the atmosphere uncomfortable for everyone. However, after the patron approached her to apologize and clarify any misunderstandings, the waitress disappeared and we had to go to the bar for service. Jess took over and provided exceptional service, being very pleasant and positive. The food, including the cheese fries and Philly fries, was mediocre, and we were disappointed as we had hoped the previous reviews were incorrect. The drinks were satisfactory. We wished for a better experience and for the staff to handle their personal drama more discreetly. Hopefully, the food menu will be improved by a chef in the future to enhance the bar menu.
