I apologize for the sloppy photo but this is all that is left. We absolutely love this place. It?s so close to our home and so well priced. Our order is always correct and fresh. We can?t say enough good things. Our favorite sandwich joint in Denton. View all feedback.
What Karel Vejvoda doesn't like about Firehouse Subs Rayzor Ranch:
After arriving with Takeout 1 of 3 sandwiches was right. I know it's busy today, but there's no excuse for it. No cheese means no cheese. To far back. Not anymore. View all feedback.

Was not impressed. In fact, somehow disappointed. Very simple sandwiches and salads. Only 3 spice-Mayo, deli mustard and cheap tasting Italian dressing how are you and they put them on all sandwiches.
There were 3 staff members when we went in, no one at the counter. They were all too busy to say hi or to ask what we wanted. They were busy selecting what they were going to watch on TV. It was more important than a customer. I asked about a Ruben sandwich. They said they don't have it on the menu, then went back to flipping through the shows on the TV. I tried again with a different sandwich which was on the menu. They took the order, gave me the sandwiches and I left. It wasn't until later I discovered they left the cheese off both sandwiches and they were dry, no condiments. First and last experience at this store.
With 3 employees it took +30 minutes to get 3 sandwiches. And, the place was NOT busy. Dinning area was clean. Parking lot is big, but tight. Employees greeted upon entry. Only an [unreasonably] long wait. Much improvement on the wait time today!
Gluten Free bread is wonderful at Firehouse Subs in Denton at Rayzor Ranch. The GF bread is not thick like most places, you can actually taste the filling and not be overwhelmed with too much bread. I am so happy they started carrying gluten free bread. I had the Turkey Bacon Ranch on gluten free bread with a pickle and some Lay's chips and a sweet tea. I did not get sick at all. I would highly recommend this location for a gluten free allergy, they were very knowledgeable about the allergy and the process needed to prevent cross contamination. And the staff was super friendly even in a very busy rush hour.
