I asked for a regular classic meal with an additional sandwich had confused on the loudspeaker, so I told them again, was instantly keeping about the desire of an additional sandwiches the order was fixed I was charged for a second sandwich and got to find home, I got only one of the sandwiches
Im really not sure what happened , but I said 2 times over the speaker I wanted a chicken sandwich with cheese get to the window it's wrong okay that's fine I noticed most workers were new. They make the sandwich again after telling them another 2 times chicken sandwich plain with cheese. They then made the sandwich a third time without cheese. The girl at the window had an attitude we did speak to the manager and she said it's her first day shes young but really how hard is a chicken sandwich with cheese! At this point I'm not even gonna try to get fixed because what's the point I guess the worker had never heard the word cheese before and really needs an attitude check.
The sandwiches were fine. The French fries were cold. The turnovers which I thought were supposed to be kept above a certain temperature after they were cooked were not. They were placed inside what appeared to be a warming unit, but but there were no heat lamps turned on or heaters turned on to keep the food inside of it at room temperature. I would think that this would be a violation of the Board of health rules concerning food storage.

This is one of the best Arby's in Cincinnati they seem to always hire good people but I really like how they give me nice amounts of cheese on a ham and cheader ???????????????? my favorite burger. Arby's this the only fast food I will not abusebecause if I eat it like others it will ruin it for me and only a fool ruins Arby's burgers for themselves
